appointments:

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know! If we are informed within the first 2 weeks after your original appointment, we will schedule a 're-do' appointment with your stylist, at no charge. 

If you are running late, we do allow a 15 minute grace period. If it falls beyond the 15 minutes we will do our best to make up the time lost and keep the service appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 24 hours advances notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If less then 24 hours a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment may be applied. If there is no notice of a cancellation and a 'no show' occurs, the full service fee will be charged.

product:

All of our products are guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your product purchase, we will take returns within 90 days of purchase. Unused products can expect a full refund on the original payment method. Used products, can be returned for retail credit.
