We require a credit card to reserve an appointment and a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within the 24 hours and a fee may apply.
No Show appointments will be charged the service appointment.
Relaxer, Keratin, Bridal Party appointments require a 72 hour cancellation notice.
If you are late for your appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate for the time lost but if it runs more then 15 minutes we may not be able to provide the service for which you were scheduled.
Hair + skin products are important! If you are not satisfied, bring it back.
For any UNUSED products, we provide a full refund on the original form of payment or product exchange if returned within 3months.
For USED products, you can get a product exchange or product credit within 3 months.
All flat irons, curling irons, we have a 3month policy for returns.
If you are not satisfied with the service that was provided by your stylist or technician, please let us know!
We would be happy to have you come in again and give us an opportunity to redo the service. We just ask that you allow us to make the fix within 2 weeks of the original appointment. It would be scheduled with the original stylist unless the schedule does not permit. We stand by our team and will provide another stylist/technician for the appointment.
In the event that you would like to try a different stylist for any number of reasons, feel free to get a referral from us to help you get the right fit.
Our apprentice program is a teaching class. We want to make sure that our apprentices get the knowledge and training needed to be a great stylist! Appointments are limited and ample time should be allocated due to the learning process. Each hair service is checked by an experienced stylist. However, any redo appointments will be scheduled with the original apprentice.
